Mateusz Borek reported that coach Bruno Baltazar had a conflict with sports director Antonio Ribeiro, and then attacked his brother Emanuel, who is a member of the coaching staff. The Portuguese coach immediately denied the media reports. According to Szymon Janczyk from _Weszło_, the turmoil at the end of the season pushed the club's management to take decisive action. The journalist reported that Baltazar may be seriously worried about his job. The 48-year-old wants to stay in Radom and continue his adventure with the club. Janczyk informed that Radomiak is in talks with Tomasz Kaczmarek. This is another approach by the "Green" to talks with the coach. The NAC Breda coach was supposed to join Radomia in the spring, but the club's representatives refused to let him go. The Dutch team has fallen to the second league, making the 41-year-old available again. Kaczmarek serves as an assistant to Carl Hoefkens. He joined the club from the Netherlands in July 2024. He previously worked at Lech Gdańsk, Pogoń Szczecin, and the Egyptian national team.
